Virgin brings mobile Wi-Fi modem

Virgin Mobile has created a new sensation by launching a new Wi-Fi modem, which enables the consumers to create mobile broadband networks. The company recently launched the product that has generated hype among Wi-Fi users worldwide.

The manufacturers have claimed themselves to be the pioneer in Australia. The Virgin Mobile Wi-Fi Modem has been crafted by Huawei. It has a range of 15 meters with a Micro SD card slot that is compatible with 32 GB of RAM at max.

The modem reaches out a signal permitting up to three users to connect to the internet at the same time, enabled by the Optus 3G networks.

Previously this year, their keen competitor Vodafone Hutchison Australia proclaimed that their Wi-Fi broadband services will cover up to one third of the average revenue earned from a single user.

Virgin Mobile Wi-Fi Modem pre-paid starter packs are offered from Dick Smiths only this month for $199. The packages consist of a modem as well as 1 GB of data for a limited span of time. But good news for all, this product will be available from all major retailers from this December.
