Few More Issues Related To Email

In my previous post I have discussed about email problems which can be detected while it is used as business communication method. Now we will find few more email problems while it is used in to handle the work flow.

Problem with file sharing – If you receive a file through email you may find the directory that allows both sender and receiver to go through the structure of the identical file and the directory is organized badly.

No application structure – Email is mainly used to carry message centric content. It has no idea of a normal structure of sending active application.

Email is platform dependent – There are many people who works for graphic groups in a number of organizations and do not use Microsoft Windows and Outlook. It means that they are deprived of certain activities.

The system of work flow is haphazard – Email is probably not the best drivers of corporate and organizational work flow.

Email which was invented in 1970s has almost changed the face of new age communication within a very short period of time. But it is not dependable enough to manage a large business. There are still some issues related to email which are needed to resolved before it can be used to handle the work flow.
