Do not forget to create a file named ‘read later’ containing the mails marked ‘for your info only’ that you will be getting from now on.

You should utilize the archive function in order to keep the folders in a manageable size. You can apply archives dates by folder. It will help you to access your required information frequently for a long time.

Think before replying – Most of all computer users communicate with each other through email. But you should not waste your time in dull conversation. If you get any message that irritates you do not give a prompt reply, think a while before replying.

Do not respond to all mails – You may get thousand mails a day. If you want to reply all these mails then you may not get the time to eat and sleep. Many users even do not want a response either. You should reply to the important messages that need your attention and response.
