Common Causes of Email Problems

Are you experienced with the constant popup of mailer Daemon when you are in the middle of something? It is really frustrating when you are constantly trying to send an Email and constantly you receive the same message again and again.

After spending hours with online research it will guide us towards the most common causes for Email returns or bounce backs. Following are such issues discussed below:

1. Many users block the Emails with hyperlinks, advertisements, website addresses, custom signatures, free emoticons or screensavers. These are considered as spam according to many email providers.
2. Your Email server continuously checks the SPAM emails that have been blocked. This checking and re checking is an automated process.
3. Through this checking and rechecking process it is checked whether the sender is truly an Email Spammer or actually following the rules and guidelines.
4. After completing the total checking the mail is unblocked and is considered as qualified.

Once the sender has unblocked, the emails are blocked and are not stored and re-sent. They are sent to the cyber-space forever.

Now if you are trying to send something which has a great importance, consider all the forms of communication that the Email providers possess. Back it up with some other means which can be an IM message or follow up on Twitter or on other social networks.
